EY Atlas

EY Atlas is a global research platform for accounting and financial reporting. The 2018 redesign completed with the leading-edge digital technology including the artificial intelligence, voice recognition and responsive JS framework.

I was the Project Lead and guided a few teams in Atlanta, London and New York – from the UX research, design, prototyping to implementation. It was a very fast-paced collaboration environment. Besides a fresh and inviting new look, the mission was to implement the latest technology to help auditors work more efficiently and make smart decisions.

MOBILE INTERACTION DESIGN

EY Canvas Mobile

EY Canvas is the globe audit digital platform. The mobile app allows EY professionals and auditors to work together more efficiently and effectively anytime and anywhere. With the real time monitoring of the audit, they can capture, flag and share global findings as they arise.

I was the mobile lead for the iOS platform, and my team accomplished the 2017 redesign. With its clear and user-friendly interface, the project was recognized as one of the most successful product for EY Canvas family.

EY Atlas Demo Reel

After the 2018 website redesign, I worked with different teams in Atlanta, New York and London. Together, we built this demo reel. It’s all about collaboration!

Speech Recognition

At EY, I conducted an in-depth research on the Speech Recognition. That was part of the Agile Architectural Runway to support the upcoming redesign.

The 52-page paper briefly included the following topics:

Data Visualization

At EY, I used Power BI and three.js to create proof of concept for data visualization and dashboard reports that have a clear and direct impact on design and business decisions.



This design process was originally introduced by the Stanford D School. I guided my team to utilize this Design Thinking, and we successfully accomplished several high profile projects.

SAIA Desktop App

I created the 2020 SAIA ROADS Desktop App for the Central Dispatch Team. It is a modern UI layer that pulls data from legacy AS400 and incorporates features including dynamic panels, drag and drop, inline editing, editable tooltips validation, and both light and dark modes.

I was the Sr. UX manager who worked with the PO, BA, stakeholders, dispatchers, and offshore teams to create this acclaimed new UI. Throughout the project, I collaborated with multiple developers from offshore teams to develop the POC and test its feasibility.



SAIA Mobile App

I also designed the 2020 SAIA Linehaul Mobile App for drivers to check their schedules, find their meet-and-turn driver, update equipment status, communicate with central dispatch team and report break down.
